Returning customer here! Used Handyman On Call services for home renovations years ago and had a positive experience that I returned when I needed services. Excellent work by the employees (prompt and skilled), Erik was helpful coordinating and owner Mr Benjamin was excellent and very knowledgeable. If any problems arise, you are encouraged to let them know and they will immediately work to get it resolved (unforeseen issue with property arose and they were quick to help mitigate and get the city involved to start working on it). Overall a pleasant experience with them then and now. Have referred others to them over the years who have had the same experience.

Outstanding Porch Post Replacement Service:
When I discovered that my porch posts were rotted and needed replacement, I reached out to Handyman On Call for help. They promptly sent Larry to assess the situation. Larry stood out for his friendliness and expertise, and the price he quoted was so reasonable that I chose to replace all seven porch posts, rather than just the damaged ones, since they were all over 20 years old. The actual work was carried out by Vitalik and his assistant. They arrived right on time and worked with impressive efficiency, completing the entire project in just one day. After finishing, they made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned up. The new posts look absolutely beautiful. Since the installation, I have received numerous compliments from both friends and neighbors. Not only do I feel much safer, but the exterior appearance of my house has also improved significantly. The quote representative as well as the service representative were friendly and patient as I asked questions regarding the service. They were also knowledgeable. Received two sinks snaked out, and a soffit and a small piece of siding secured to avoid any storm or wind damage. Before confirming I was provided a thorough quote and detail of the work to be performed. They also offer a discount if you pay by check or cash. However, when I considered the time and no major materials/supplies needed…just time…seemed a little pricey; wanted to give the company a chance, however. They're great at follow-up and keep in communication frequently. Very knowledgeable and keep you informed on what's going on. I try to support small businesses for the most part.

My experience started with the estimator; Russell Smoot. He was amazing and very knowledgeable. As a new home owner with zero experience in home repairs or home improvement, he not only walked me through each repair and what would need to be done but he educated me on how the pricing works and what repairs should be a priority. He even took my call while the technician was here doing repairs to answer any questions that I had about the process. One the day of repairs, The technician arrived promptly and did a great job. He made sure to clean up after the job was done and he was done in a reasonable amount of time. I have no complaints. I will be using their services again!

I had attic vents replaced and was very pleased with the workmanship. I contacted siding companies and roofers and either they didn’t want to do “just attic vents” or the were charging outrages pricing. I contacted HANDYMAN ON CALL and was finally happy to have found a company to do the job and at a fair price (no job to small). I have attached the “before” photo of my storm damaged vent followed by my new vents installed professionally by HANDYMAN ON CALL. Would contact them again!
