About Handyman On Call

Handyman on call LLC has done at least five jobs for me in the past so I currently reconnected with them and they did my front porch exterior steps and my bathroom in the basement. I’m very much satisfied with the workmanship. I’m not sure if this is the mission statement Customer satisfactory is most important and on time delivery which Handyman on call, met , every last one of my expectations . Would I recommend them of course to my friends and family. I would like to thank Mr. Russell and Mr. Eric and the staff that actually came to my residence and perform the task.

I recently had an issue with my front storm door that would not lock properly. After contacting Handyman on Call, I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily.
Mr. Vitalik, the handyman assigned to my service call, arrived 30 minutes early for the scheduled 8:00–9:00 AM appointment window. He was professional, courteous, and got right to work diagnosing the problem. He explained that the storm door frame had become misaligned, preventing the lock from engaging properly.
I appreciated that Mr. Vitalik took the time to clearly explain the cause of the issue and the repairs needed. He expertly adjusted and repaired the frame, and now the door locks perfectly.
This is not my first experience with Handyman on Call—they have completed work for me in the past, and once again they delivered excellent service. Their technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and their pricing is reasonable.

Needed to finish assembling a gazebo - Anchoring the beams and putting the roof up. All the pieces were previously assembled but we didn't have enough people nor experience to do the final assembly.
Estimate was 2 techs being sent and would take "no longer than 3 hours" since you get charged for every additional hour after 2. Sounds doable since half the thing is done right? The project ended up being about 7. Needless to say that was a severe underestimation and not at all close to what was discussed during the booking so minus 1 star. I don't know if the estimator lowballed to secure the booking or didn't have experience with this kind of service but underestimating a job charged by the hour...by 4 hours...is a problem. Saving grace is the techs who were sent out. They were very lovely, hardworking, and experienced. The particular stand out was Pedro who really explained everything and at least achieved what we set out for. The ease of booking was also nice so i think overall i'd recommend handyman but be wary of services charged by the hour. You could say it was a deal too good to be true but i also don't see why we couldn't be given prices up front. If they needed more information for an estimate, they could have asked. If they needed more techs to actually achieve that time but would have upped part of the cost then tell me and let me make an informed decision.

I had extensive work done on my deck. The workers were here on time, they worked diligently and they all did an excellent job. My deck looks beautiful!! Would highly recommend.

I had a kitchen countertop replaced and installed. The contractor was very professional. I am very pleased with the butcher block installation. There were some communication issues with the front office around scheduling.

Put together a storage shed. Staff was pleasant, even power washed pad.

I have used Handyman on Call three times now, and each experience has been outstanding. Their team is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and delivers high-quality work at a fair price. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of, which gives me great confidence in their recommendations and services.

They consistently follow up throughout the project to check on the progress of the work and ensure I am satisfied with the contractor.
